This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Port Arthur, Texas.

The Port Arthur Housing Authority (PAHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at Park Central Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of August 31, 2023, until June 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application in person at the Park Central Apartments management office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
