Davidson County, North Carolina Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Davidson County, North Carolina.

The Thomasville Housing Authority (THA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for Davison County from February 6, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "THA will be Accepting in-person Applications only for Davidson County Waiting List from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, (only) at 201 James Avenue, Thomasville, NC 27360."

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the application in person at the THA office.
2. Pick up an application in person at the THA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
