4 and 5-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Wilson County, North Carolina.

The Wilson Housing Authority (WHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments from July 6, 2023, until the earliest confirmed date of January 30, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the application in person at any of the following WHA offices listed below:

• WHA Main Office
• Forrest Road Homes
• Whitfield Homes
• EB Jordan Homes

      2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to the WHA.
2. Faxed to WHA.
3. Mailed to The WHA.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
