This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.

The Housing Authority of Bergen County Supportive Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Upper Saddle River is closed. 

The HABC last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 13, 2022, until June 17, 2022.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Please note: According to the HABC public notice, "51 of the 69 units will be reserved for low-income seniors 55 years of age or older. 18 of the 69 units will be reserved for special need households, with a preference given to homeless veterans. Of these 18 units, 5 units will be age restricted to individuals 55 years of age and older."

This waiting list had the following preferences:

300 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
