This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.

The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) Senior waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Carucci Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 24, 2021 until June 22, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $38,300
• 2 Persons $43,800

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live, work, train, or attend school in Bergen County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.

The waiting list closed after 250 applications were received.
