Buena Housing Authority, 1-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Minotola, New Jersey.

The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) last accepted Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments for Buena Housing Authority from March 7, 2024, until March 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This is Federally Subsidized Housing designated for low-income individuals who are elderly or persons with a disability or a handicap.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open: 

1. Pick up an application from the VHA office.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: Mailed to the Vineland Housing Authority.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
