This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Greenburgh, New York.

The Greenburgh Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 9, 2023, until October 26, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were five ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Call the GHA to request an application.
2. Email GHA to request an application.
3. Mail a letter to the GHA office to request an application.
4. Complete an application in person at the GHA office.
5. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was postmarked by October 26, 2023 and mailed to the GHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
