Seminole Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Seminole Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the SHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 111 Randolph Drive, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and bank statements.The SHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.The waiting list for Public Housing is short.For more information, call the SHA office at (405) 382-3081 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
