Marion County Housing Authority-Owned Properties Other Senior Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Mt. Angel, Stayton, Silverton, Woodburn, Aumsville and Jefferson, Oregon.

The Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) last accepted Senior MCHA-Owned waiting list applications for Multiple Senior properties from the earliest confirmed open date of April 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following senior properties:

• Edelweiss Village
• Hazelwood Estates
• Oak Park Village
• Sheridan Senior Estates
• Stayton Elder Manor 

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application for each property.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Hand delivered to the MCHA main office.
2. Mailed to the MCHA office.
3. Faxed to the MCHA.
