Housing Authority of the County of Beaver Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 1, 2020, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACB, "Mainstream Vouchers will provide rental assistance for qualifying applicants who are non-elderly (ages 18-61) Persons with a disability who are currently a participant in a permanent supportive Housing Program) Friendship Homes, CARL, Crescent Commons) or a Rapid-Re-Housing Program (The Salvation Army's RRH Program and Safely Homes)."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call to the HABC.

The maximum income limits per each household size were as follows:

• 1 person $46,500 | 5 persons $71,750
• 2 persons $53,150 | 6 persons $77,050
• 3 persons $59,800 | 7 persons $82,350
• 4 persons $66,400 | 8 persons $87,650 

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Non-elderly persons with a disability who are currently a participant in a Permanent Supportive Housing Program (Friendship Homes, CARL, Crescent Commons) or a Rapid Re-Housing Program (The Salvation Army's RRH Program and Safely Homes)

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
