Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong (HACA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled houseolds.

The HACA offers 10 Public Housing communities for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Pick up an application at the HACA office, located at 350 South Jefferson St, Kittanning, PA 16201, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm.
2. Download and print the application online.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to address above.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Life, work or hired to work in Armstrong County, veteran, elderly, disabled. Single persons who are not elderly, disabled or displaced will not be placed higher on the waiting list than elderly, disabled or displaced families of up to two persons; regardless of other preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
