College Hill Courts, 1-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at College Hill Courts is closed.

The CHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from January 24, 2023, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the CHA central office.
2. Dropped off at the College Hill Courts office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Displaced by government action.

It was not yet known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
