This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) Elderly Designated Housing waiting list for apartments at Five Points Sr. Duplexes, Northgate Terrace, The Residences at Eastport and the Verandas is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: Applicants must be 62 years of age or older to apply.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
