Cowlitz Villa Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Kelso, Washington.

The Kelso Housing Authority (KHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments at Kelso Homes, Kalama Homes, and Cowlitz Villa is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 2, 2020, until June 23, 2020.

To apply during the opening period, applicant were required to print the online paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the Kelso Housing Authority.
2. Dropped off in person in the KHA drop box.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
