Affordable Market Rate Housing Other Project Based Waiting List

The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) Affordable Market Rate Housing waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 1, 2019, until September 9, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Visit the ARHA main office.
2. Send an email to the ARHA.
