Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from July 17, 2017 until October 1, 2024 at 4:30PM. Based on Affordable Housing Online's research, this public housing waiting list has been open continuously since 2017.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application available. Select the "CRHA PH Application" link.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: returned to the CRHA Rental Office at 500 1st St. South, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work within the city of Charlottesville VA
• Homeless
• Elderly
• Disabled

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
