The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Urbana at Hioaks and Brook Villas from February 27, 2024, until March 4, 2024. This waiting list was last open in March, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
