City of Bellingham, 1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in City of Bellingham, Washington.

The Bellingham and Whatcom County Housing Authorities (BWCHA) last accepted City of Bellingham Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments from November 6, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 23, 2024.  There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
