Foothill AIDS Project

Foothill AIDS Project is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing comprehensive services to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. FAP provides assistance through case management, medical case management, mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing assistance, and assistance with transportation and food.
