South County Outreach Irvine provides  rental assistance. To receive rental assistance, call (949) 380-8144 ext. 209 to be added to the call-back list for a phone interview.   Please note they are only able to assist those living in South Orange County from Irvine to San Clemente. The following documents are needed: Photo id for all adults in the home Identification for all children in the household Current utility bill at your current address, verification of household income Copy of a three-day pay-or-quit notice Complete copy of the rental or lease agreement Current copy of a bank statement Funding is limited and services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
