East Point Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The East Point Housing Authority Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The EPHA last accepted applications for this waiting list for one day on May 24, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The EPHA public notice stated "We will accept call-in applications for Elderly and Disabled persons only, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application was received.

The waiting list closed once until the maximum number of applications was received for each bedroom size. 300 applications were received for the 1 and 2-Bedroom waiting list; 1,000 applications were received for the 3-Bedroom waiting list; and 500 applications were received for the 4 and 5-Bedroom waiting list.
